CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations must be 48 hours prior to appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, there will be a fee of 50% of the cost of treatment. The fee for no shows is a fee of 100% of the cost of treatment. After 2nd no-show, appointment requests may be denied. Thank you for your cooperation!
